Please note the following holiday schedule for the Contact Center and our Owner Reservation call-in days.

Holiday Closure Dates:

The Contact Center will be closed in observance of the upcoming holidays:

Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 27, 2025

Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25, 2025

New Year’s Day: Thursday, January 1, 2026

Special Reservation Call-In Days:

We understand how important it is to plan your vacations, so we have adjusted our Owner Reservation call-in days for these holiday weeks.

Thanksgiving Week: Call-ins will be on Friday, November 28, 2025.

Christmas Week: Call-ins will be on Friday, December 26, 2025.

New Year’s Week: Call-ins will be on Friday, January 2, 2026.
