Your ownership at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at MarBrisa was for either a fixed or floating week.

The fixed week purchase specified in the grant deed means we guarantee the same week forever. Please refer to the use week calendar, as the dates vary each year.  Fixed week owners need not make reservations, as they are made automatically each year.  If the Owner does not wish to use their Home Resort Reservation at MarBrisa, contact Hilton Grand Vacation Club (HGVC) at (800) 932-4482 to cancel the reservation for points.

A floating week purchase entitles the owner to reserve a unit in a week for the “season” purchased on a first come, first served basis. Float week owners may make a Home Resort Reservation 12 – 9 months in advance of the requested check in date by calling HGVC at (800) 932-4482.
