If a gold season owner wishes to reserve a platinum season week, they may request their reservation up to one month in advance of the arrival date. Gold season owners may book their week up to 24 months in advance if depositing it with an exchange company.

Platinum week owners purchased the privilege of staying at Riverpointe during special platinum weeks. Platinum week owners may request their week up to 14 months in advance to stay at Riverpointe Napa Valley and up to 24 months in advance if depositing their use week with an exchange company.
