Your ownership at Grand Pacific Palisades is for either a fixed or floating week.

The fixed week purchase specified in the grant deed means we guarantee the same week forever. Fixed week owners need not make reservations, as they are made automatically each year. Please refer to the use week calendar, as the dates vary each year.  A floating week purchase entitles the owner to reserve a unit in a week for the “season” they have purchased on a first come, first served basis.

Float Season falls weeks 1-25 and 36-52 and Fixed Season is weeks 26-35. Float Week owners can reserve a week within the unit size they purchased up to 14 months in advance of the calendar year date.  For example, call November 1, 2014 to reserve during the Float Season of 2016.

Construction Notice: Areas of our resort will be undergoing renovations September 2017 through October 2020. You may notice related noise between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Every effort will be taken to reduce the sound as much as possible and respond to any concern.
