Capistrano SurfSide Inn
Owners may request a specific room or floor 3 months prior to your arrival date by calling the resort at (949) 240-7681 at 8:00 a.m.– Example: you may call on 2/3 for a 5/3 arrival date. (If your reservation falls on a date such as the 31st, and the month that you are able to call in for your room assignment falls on a month that has only 30 days, room requests will be taken on the first of the following month.) Your room/floor request is a REQUEST – NOT a guarantee. Remember you purchased a season and unit type, not a specific room # or floor. Room request hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 7 days a week.
Carlsbad Seapointe Resort
You’re a floating owner, which means you purchased a specific type of unit, but not a specific unit number. All unit request cards are processed and assigned by a lottery system on the lottery date coinciding with your Use Week as indicated on the Unit Assignment Schedule. Owners who are banking their unit with an exchange company or placing their unit in the Owner Rental program do not need to complete a card. Please list your first choice along with seven (7) alternate choices and be advised that Owners may only occupy a specific unit once every three (3) years. Carlsbad Seapointe Resort accepts this Unit Request Lottery Card only for unit requests. Unit requests are not taken by phone or in person.
Coronado Beach Resort
You’re a floating owner, which means you purchased a specific type of unit, but not a specific unit number. You’re a floating owner, which means you purchased a specific type of unit, but not a specific unit number. If you’d like to stay in a particular unit, please call your resort or Grand Pacific Vacation Services at (800) 568-3515 prior to your use week. Please refer to the unit request calendar for your specific call-in date.
San Clemente Inn
Unit requests and assignments will now take place prior to your arrival. Assignments will continue to be made in the order reservations were received. You can request specific units in advance, ensuring your preferences are considered ahead of time. If you have an existing or confirmed Use Week Reservation, please complete the form below, send us an email at SCIrequests@gpresorts.com or contact the resort at (949) 492-6103 as soon as possible to make your unit requests. To maximize the chances of receiving a preferred unit, we ask that you provide at least six (6) unit preferences within your owned unit type.
