Grand Pacific Resorts Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates
We have had the pleasure of creating experiences worth sharing at our resorts for tens of thousands of families over the years, making vacations an affordable and routine part of life. As the situation continues to unfold, please come to this page to find updates on the status of our resorts, and any other pertinent Coronavirus (COVID-19) information including steps to ensure the well-being of our Associates, Owners, and Guests.

Owners
We have increased updates from your resort via email, on the website, and on social media. Stay connected to your resort and fellow owners via your resort’s Facebook page. Guests
Book with Confidence. Cancellations or modifications are accepted up to 7 days prior to your check in date, by 4:00PM local hotel time, without penalty.

Contact Center
The contact center hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm pacific (888) 477-6967.  Please remain patient as call wait times may be longer than usual.

Guests and Owners with reservations through OCTOBER 15TH are being notified that alternative plans are needed including a full cancellation or re-booking due to the 14-day quarantine. If you require immediate assistance please contact us at 877-344-0688 Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm pacific.

In order to curb the spread of COVID-19, drastic measures are being taken to protect our island residents, especially those that are most vulnerable, as well as protecting our visitors. With this in mind, we are taking steps to temporary limit tourism and are currently urging those owners and guests currently staying at Hanalei Bay Resort to make flight arrangements to return home before the mandatory quarantine takes affect on Thursday, March 26, 2020.

Our team members spray and wipe down all “high-touch” public areas with disinfectant/sanitizer at scheduled hourly intervals.

The resort will remain open and operating as normally as possible, though the Fitness Center, Concierge Desk, Ukulele Bar and Happy Talk are closed until further notice.
