Grand Pacific Resorts celebrates the 25th anniversary of Christel House Mexico City, a non-profit organization committed to helping break the global cycle of poverty by providing children living in impoverished communities with access to education.

For over two decades, Grand Pacific Resorts has supported Christel House through a variety of initiatives ranging from hosting annual fundraisers to providing internship opportunities. In 2020, Grand Pacific Resorts raised enough money to provide each of the 180 high school students at Christel House Mexico City with a laptop along with six months of Wi-Fi while they participated in distance learning. Every year, Grand Pacific Resorts Associates organize into teams and set fundraising goals for the Christel House Walk-A-Thon as they walk, jog, and bike for the cause. Collectively, they have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars that have provided students with educational essentials like books, uniforms, school supplies, lunches, transportation, healthcare, and academic counseling.

“We send our biggest congratulations to Christel House Mexico City for an incredible 25 years of helping to change our world for the better. It’s been an honor to work with them for the common good, and we look forward to furthering our support of such a worthy organization,” said Grand Pacific Resorts Co-President, David Brown.
