Award-winning resort management company, Grand Pacific Resorts, has partnered with Care Solace to make mental health care options accessible to all of its Associates.
Care Solace offers free care coordination to address mental health and provides social services for food, housing, and healthcare. It provides Associates and their immediate families with support anytime, anywhere, regardless of their insurance coverage. Multilingual teams are available around the clock to connect associates with available providers, both within their local geographic regions as well as via remote telehealth options.
“The well-being of our Associates is of the utmost importance to us,” said Nigel Lobo, RRP, Chief Operating Officer of Grand Pacific Resorts. “We are thrilled to partner with Care Solace as we address the pertinent subject of emotional and mental health. Our dedicated Associates are the foundation of all that we do, and we understand that investing in their well-being is essential to our overall success as a company.”
Grand Pacific Resorts launched this program in January 2024 and has distributed educational materials in both English and Spanish inviting its associates to learn more about this new offering. Grand Pacific Resorts is also hosting mental health and well-being workshops at every resort within its portfolio to address the topics of personal balance, physical and mental health, and improving overall wellness. Grand Pacific Resorts is confident that the introduction of Care Solace will be a welcome benefit to all its associates.
