Grand Pacific Resorts will lend its three decades of timeshare management expertise to Vista Mirage Resort, its second managed resort in the Palm Springs area, furthering its footprint in the Southern Californian desert. Owners at Vista Mirage Resort began enjoying the unique Grand Pacific Resorts management experience on September 1st, 2021.
Located in the heart of Palm Springs, Vista Mirage Resort is a desert oasis surrounded by lush gardens and stunning mountain views. It’s within walking distance to downtown and offers an exceptional array of amenities, including a tennis court, putting green, two sparkling pools, two spas, and two BBQs. Accommodations are two-bedroom, family-style suites complete with fully-stocked kitchens and spacious living areas.

The full-service management agreement with Vista Mirage Resort includes all resort operations, Owner services, and exchange and rental services. Grand Pacific Resorts will also service maintenance fee billing and collections through its affiliate Advanced Financial Company (AFC). In addition to their existing benefits, Owners will also gain access to weekly and nightly rentals as well as extended vacation opportunities through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX), an exclusive Owners-only exchange network from Grand Pacific Resorts. Owners will also enjoy GPX’s newest benefit, GPX Perks, a credit savings program applicable towards rental cars, tour packages, cruises and much more.

This new management contract brings the total number of Grand Pacific Resorts managed properties to 22 and counting. Grand Pacific Resorts also currently manages Indian Palms Vacation Club, a desert home nestled in a serene Indio community and just a short drive away from the best of Palm Springs. In addition to resort amenities like a sparkling pool and BBQ area, the two-bedroom suites provide every creature comfort like private patios and full kitchens.
