Grand Pacific Resorts will lend its three-plus decades of timeshare management expertise to San Diego Country Estates,   further expanding its footprint in Southern California. Owners at San Diego Country Estates began to enjoy the unique Grand Pacific Resorts management experience on April 1st, 2022.

Nestled in the foothills of the Cuyamaca Mountains near the quaint towns of Ramona and Julian, San Diego Country Estates is a 3,000-acre ranch featuring well-appointed accommodations with full kitchens, cozy fireplaces, and private terraces. Guests can enjoy a perfect mix of activity and relaxation with a variety of onsite amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, and wellness spa. An 18-hole championship golf course is located just two miles from the resort along with equestrian activities and wine tasting nearby.

The full service management contract with San Diego Country Estates includes all resort operations, Owner services, exchange, and rental services. Grand Pacific Resorts will also service maintenance fee billing and collections through its affiliate Advanced Financial Company (AFC) as well as be responsible for all of the resort brand marketing as well as Owner and Guest servicing. In addition to their existing benefits, Owners will also gain access to weekly and nightly rentals as well as extended vacation opportunities through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX), an exclusive Owners-only exchange network. Owners will also enjoy GPX’s latest benefit, GPX Perks, a credit savings program applicable towards rental cars, tour packages, cruises and much more.
