Grand Pacific Resorts took home four new wins from the esteemed American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Conference, further solidifying its reputation as an award-winning resort management company.
“We are honored to have our Grand Pacific Resorts associates once again be recognized for their many outstanding contributions,” said Nigel Lobo, RRP, Chief Operating Officer of Grand Pacific Resorts. “To receive this acknowledgement from ARDA alongside some of the most esteemed names in the industry, is a true reflection of our associates’ dedication to creating the best possible vacation experiences for our owners and guests.”
Every year, ARDA recognizes timeshare industry professionals and programs for their noteworthy accomplishments and excellence in a wide range of competitive categories. Grand Pacific Resorts’ associates earned the following awards in their respective categories: Abby Escalante for Best Human Resources Professional, Bryan Boyd for Best Training and Development Professional, Michael Conery for Best Safety/Security Professional, and James Leveridge for Best Resort General Manager. Grand Pacific Resorts won 20 finalist positions across multiple categories.
Kelly Carnell, a Finalist for Resort Department Manager, said, “It was amazing to have the opportunity to be a part of ARDA—what an achievement! I was most thrilled to get the chance to meet many other associates and really get to know them for the wonderful people that they are. A big congratulations to all the winners—so well deserved!”
Last week, the 20 Grand Pacific Resorts finalists traveled to the ARDA Conference in Orlando, Florida where the winners were announced. Along with opportunities for exclusive networking, team building and personal enrichment, attendees also enjoyed a variety of special events including a fun day at Walt Disney World and a relaxing pool day in a hosted cabana at the Hilton Orlando.
“Experiencing ARDA was so memorable and has inspired me to continue working on what I’m passionate about. I also loved having the opportunity to connect with my fellow Associates on a new level and am grateful for the family we have created at Grand Pacific Resorts,” said Technology Professional Finalist Stacey Stanford.
