We’re thrilled to share exciting news—five outstanding Associates and Teams from Grand Pacific Resorts took home top honors at the 2025 ARDA Awards! Presented by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), these awards represent the highest recognition in the vacation ownership industry.

This year’s ARDA Spring Conference took place in Orlando, Florida. It brought together industry leaders from across the country. Grand Pacific Resorts proudly had 17 finalists in categories ranging from Safety & Security to Owner Relations. Among them, five received the official ARDA Award!
