A Week of Celebration in Las Vegas
This year’s ARDA conference brought together vacation ownership professionals from across the industry for a week of recognition and celebration in Las Vegas.
For the Grand Pacific Resorts team, the week was not only a celebration of the exceptional experiences created for Owners and guests each day, but also a meaningful opportunity to strengthen connections across the organization. Finalists spent valuable time with members of the Leadership Team, fostering relationships across departments, exchanging ideas, and gaining insight into different career paths and areas of the business. Through conversations, networking opportunities, and shared experiences throughout the
conference, Associates were able to build lasting connections, learn from leaders across the company, and further invest in their professional growth while celebrating the accomplishments that earned recognition on the ARDA stage.
From an evening at Mayfair Supper Club to time spent together between conference events, the week balanced celebration with meaningful moments of connection. Following the awards gala, finalists and members of the Leadership Team were whisked away by limo bus for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the iconic Sphere, creating unforgettable memories together while celebrating the week’s accomplishments. More than anything, the experience reflected the collaborative, people-first culture that continues to define Grand Pacific Resorts.
