Here at Grand Pacific Resorts, our BE EPIC values of Balance, Empowerment, Enthusiasm, Passion, Integrity, and Consistency are the essence of our culture and what drives us to create experiences worth sharing.

Our Teams are always finding new ways to BE EPIC in all they do. Every day across our resorts, Associates perform outstanding acts of service for Owners, Guests, and their fellow Team Members. Each month, we choose a BE EPIC Moment to recognize and celebrate.

This month’s spotlight is on our Director of Activities at Olympic Village Inn – Spencer Malone! During a recent holiday vacation, a family discovered that the daily shuttle they had been taking from Olympic Village Inn to the ski resort could not run due to the gridlocked holiday traffic leaving the ski area at the end of the day. This family, tired from a long day enjoying the slopes, was now stuck with all their gear at the ski area waiting for the traffic to diminish. Spencer lept into action and tried to reach the guests in his own personal vehicle. When he realized that he couldn’t make it to them with his vehicle either, Spencer parked his car and headed out on foot. He then threw all three (3) pairs of the family’s skis over his shoulder and helped them walk their gear back to Olympic Village Inn. As they walked, the family was able to see just how big the traffic jam was that day and was even more grateful for Spencer’s tireless effort to help them get back to their accommodations. Thank you Spencer!
