Be EPIC Moment Spotlight – Kailani Alexander

Our Teams are always finding new ways to BE EPIC in all they do. Every day across our resorts, Associates perform outstanding acts of service for Owners, Guests, and their fellow Team Members. Each month, we choose a BE EPIC Moment to recognize and celebrate.
This month’s Be Epic Spotlight is on Kailani Alexander, Front Desk Supervisor at Hanalei Bay Resort. Back in January, a Guest approached the front desk where it was discovered that they had no reservation no where to stay. Unfortunately, there were no rooms clean and ready for check-in at that time. Kailani immediately stopped what she was doing at the front desk and went to work cleaning a room.
After preparing the room, Kailani returned to the front desk and created a reservation so this Guest could check in and wouldn’t have to worry about finding a place to stay for the night. After her incredible work helping this Guest in need, an immediate parking situation unfolded in which Kailani was quick to jump on scene and help resolve it! Kailani consistently goes above and beyond to assist her team, and she has a strong dedication to helping others. She is always solution-oriented and displays a high level of enthusiasm for her work.
