This month’s spotlight is on the Maintenance and Landscaping Teams at Hanalei Bay Resort. After a Guest noticed that the public beach, which is not maintained by the county or state, was heavily littered with trash, the Teams worked together to help clean it up. The same Guest noticed the Teams’ cleanup efforts and mentioned how great it looked. Even though the task was outside their normal scope of work, the Teams went above and beyond to help make our Guests’ experience an even more positive one.
We are incredibly grateful for the Hanalei Bay Resort Maintenance and Landscaping Teams along with all of our Associates for their continued commitment to providing heartfelt service and hospitality. It’s stories like this that make us proud to have team members who strive to BE EPIC every day.
