This month, we celebrate John Rodenhausen from Grand Pacific Palisades Resort whose passion and genuine kindness enhanced a Guest’s stay with us during a difficult time. A Guest had confided in John of her cancer diagnosis during her stay. Knowing how difficult it can be through his experience with a loved one’s cancer treatment, John wanted to help make the Guest’s day a bit brighter. The next day (on his day off), John brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a hand-written note for the Guest.
John is highly regarded as one of the kindest people by his fellow Associates, and it is heartfelt service like this that makes us proud to have him be part of our Grand Pacific Resorts family. We are truly grateful for John along with all of our Associates across our properties who strive to BE EPIC each and every day.
