Our Teams are always finding new ways to BE EPIC in all they do. Every day across our resorts, GPR Associates perform outstanding acts of service for both Guests and their fellow Associates. Each month, we choose a BE EPIC Moment to recognize and celebrate.
This month’s spotlight is on the entire team at San Clemente Cove who acted quickly to assist a resident in his time of need. A local man crashed while skateboarding down a very steep hill near the resort. He was knocked unconscious and was bleeding badly from his head. One Associate stayed with him and kept him still while another ran to grab the resort’s defibrillator in the event that it was needed. Two other Associates assisted by gathering towels to place around the man’s head. All of the Associates stayed with the man until the paramedics arrived.
We are incredibly proud of the entire Team at San Clemente Cove and commend them for their ability to stay calm, think quickly, and still work together even in a stressful situation. It’s stories like this that demonstrate our continued commitment to providing heartfelt service and that make us proud to have Associates who strive to BE EPIC every day.
