Requests are approved based on availability at the requested property. Here are some suggestions for the ideal time of year for your associate stay request.

Prior to requesting an Associate stay please note the following blackout dates:
- Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend (summer).
- Any Holiday or Holiday Weekend, High Demand Weekday/ends
- Any local major Festival or Event dates, for example Coachella, Carlsbad Marathon, Del Mar Races, Bottlerock, Wanderlust or any other major events in the area.
- Spring Break – Approximately one week before and one week after Easter.
- Exceptions to blackout dates are to be submitted with rationale in the Additional Comments on the request form and will be reviewed by the Revenue Manager.
