Here at Grand Pacific Resorts, our BE EPIC core values—Balance, Empowerment, Enthusiasm, Passion, Integrity, and Consistency—shape our culture in which people always come first, and hospitality is at the cornerstone of all we do.

Our incredible Associates are performing extraordinary acts of service across our resorts every single day. We want to highlight a different Associate each month to ensure they receive the recognition they deserve for all their hard work.

This month’s spotlight is on Rosario Rojas who has been a loyal member of the Housekeeping Team at Red Wolf Squaw Valley for the last 20 years. The passion she has for the diligent service she consistently provides is just one of the many BE EPIC reasons we chose to recognize Rosario. Her efforts also earned her the 2020 BE EPIC Champion Award.

Last year presented all of us with so many unforeseen challenges, yet Rosario has remained steadfast throughout these uncertain times, always going above and beyond to not only enrich the lives of Owners and Associates, but also of her two daughters. Despite the additional—and often changing—health regulations that contributed to hectic workdays, Rosario maintained a positive attitude and unwavering work ethic.

All of Rosario’s hard work paid off this year. She had been dreaming of taking her family on a vacation to Universal Studios for years. Rosario was finally able to make that dream a reality when she took her entire family to Southern California for several days where they were able to relax, have fun, and most importantly, spend quality family time together.

We are so grateful for Rosario and want her to know that we acknowledge and appreciate her tireless dedication. If you are ever at Red Wolf Squaw Valley, please be sure to convey your appreciation for her as well.
