More Entertainment
Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback about our Monday and Friday evening receptions at the Sunset Pool in Paradise Pointe, we are delighted to extend these events throughout the spring season. All Owners and Guests are invited to join from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm for complimentary beverages and light snacks. Live music will be performed poolside as the sun sets on the horizon. Meet your resort managers from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Activities. 

We are also delighted to announce an additional night of live music. Every Wednesday night from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm the Johnson Brothers plug in and jam at the large fire pit next to The Cove Bar & Grill. This is the perfect gathering spot to meet your neighbors, make new friends, and enjoy some old-time rock and roll as dusk turns into night. 

We are proud to present live music to our Owners three nights per week. This is just one more way we’re trying to make your vacation relaxing and memorable as we strive to earn a “10” from everyone for Overall Service, whenever you receive a Satisfaction Survey.

Turndown Service
In December we began testing a new nightly Housekeeping turndown service in the Paradise Pointe neighborhood. It proved to be so popular that we’re expanding it to the Cove neighborhood.

Each evening between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., associates are available to turn down your bed, dim your lights, draw your curtains, refresh your towels and bath amenities and remove your trash. Plus, they'll leave a sweet treat!

Spa Resurfacing
The spa resurfacing project has been completed in the Cove Pool Deck by Villa 68.

The interior surface was replaced with a high-quality quartz plaster, blue tiles were added for both decorative and functional purposes, and the single handrail was replaced with dual handrails for safety.

This is the first of three spas that we will be resurfacing. This year, we’ll be working on the spa by Villa 65.



Other Renovations
There is exciting renovation news on the horizon for Villa 56 (our original building) - the carpet will be replaced with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) this month. Villa 56 will be the first of the three remaining Villas in Paradise Pointe to undergo this beautiful enhancement.

Simultaneously, we will be resurfacing the Sunset Pool Deck, which will complete that project and ensure we are ready for Spring Break.

Housekeeping Olympics
A few months ago our annual Housekeeping Olympics took place in Carlsbad.


As a MarBrisa owner you will be proud to hear that our very own Isabel took home 1st place Gold Medal in the “Origami” event and Maria Elena earned a Bronze Medal in the “Fastest Towel Folding” competition.
