Hello MarBrisa Owners!
Our team would like to wish a Happy New Year to all of our MarBrisa Family and Friends. We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are ready for a great 2017. As the New Year begins, many of us like to reflect on our accomplishments and set goals; our team has done just that!
The construction and operation teams completed the flooring and paint project for Villas 51, 52 and 53. In our continued efforts to ensure the beauty of the resort, we implemented new covered laundry carts.
We are delighted to report that the PMS and key system migration is complete. This is a huge milestone for MarBrisa and our Guest Service team and now, the two systems can communicate to each other allowing us to make keys quickly at check-in. Also, we are now able to produce one key for Owners and Guests who are staying in lock-off units.
Grand Pacific is committed to our associates; focusing on mentoring those who are seeking to grow careers in hospitality with Hilton Grand Vacations Club MarBrisa. On that note, we have had the opportunity to promote eight associates into a management or upper level positions here at MarBrisa.
On the horizon, we have a number of projects that are getting underway. Most current is our resort-wide WIFI upgrade. We are excited to be able to offer faster coverage campus wide. You will now be able to stay connected as you move about the resort. Additionally, at our annual meeting, many Owners suggested that a ramp be installed at Villa 70. We heard your request and are making it happen! Also, the Sunset Pool makeover begins at the end of January. The pool and deck will be resurfaced and all the furniture replaced - creating a new look just in time for spring break.
The MarBrisa team looks forward to welcoming all of our Owners at this year’s Annual Meeting which will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017. The meeting will begin at 11:00am followed by a lunch and an Expo at the Cove Pool. Please mark your calendars...we hope to see you there!
