Dear Carlsbad Seapointe Owners,

I hope all of you are enjoying the fall season.

I’m excited to witness the transformation that Carlsbad Seapointe Resort is currently undergoing during the extensive renovation of its 95 interiors along with the lobby and clubhouse. I’m even more thrilled for you and your family to experience these improvements and continue to make vacation memories at this charming beachside resort.

Refurbishment is on track in terms of both our financial and timeline goals, and we’re working towards a fully renovated resort by May 2017. We also have funding for additional projects around the property that will further improve your ownership experience.

Renovation Updates
Phase II of the renovation process wrapped up on November 13. We finished construction, restocked all the interiors with kitchen items and linens, and did a final walk-through and thorough cleaning before re-opening rooms for occupancy. Phase III entails completing the demolition and installing the initial new electrical, bathtubs, and subflooring. Tile work and cabinet staging will also start during this phase. Phase IV is set to begin on November 21, and we’ll be sure to provide you with the details of what this step involves in the coming weeks.

Following each phase, we ensure all renovation work has been completed according to our highest standards and place any remaining final touches on the upgrades to elevate the resort to an even better-than-new condition.
