Hello Indian Palms Vacation Club Owners!
Since your last visit to Indian Palms, we have made several new upgrades within the units, common areas and landscaping.
The baseboard and trim painting project is completed. The change provides a monumental upgrade in appearance to both the villas and townhouses.
As you lounge out at the pools, you will find the beautiful sky-blue pool furniture and umbrellas. The umbrellas are extra-large and provide relief from direct sunlight with ample amounts of shade while relaxing at the pool.
In an effort to conserve water, we converted the grassy lawn at the office into a desert landscape. With an array of vibrant flowers and a river of rocks, the change adds character and color to the entrance.
The front office area itself has seen a vast improvement. With new furniture, artwork, paint and luxury tile, the entire space is alive and represents our continuing effort to make positive changes for all our Owners.
