Hello Southern California Beach Club Owner!
Owners and guests are enjoying a dip in the newly remodeled Spa. We added a convenient shower at the entrance to the Spa so everyone can rinse off any sand prior to entering. Everyone can now also enjoy watching the sunset from the Spa! Thank you for your patience during the area’s renovation.
 Replacing the roof caps is a project that is very important, although it may not be something you think about during vacation. Ensuring the integrity of our roof and building structure is essential. The project is halfway complete, with stainless steel roof caps installed on both buildings to protect the roof from potential leaks and damage from strong winds or rain.
Owners love to relax on the 2nd floor deck! This year we upgraded the tables and chairs so that families can better enjoy their BBQ’s.  The table and chairs have a metal base, which looks much nicer and will ultimately last longer.
Beach Club Kids were happy this summer. Every person was able to have a boogie board when wanted. Changing the policy to renting a board for the week for $10, enabled us to buy more boards in advance. If the board is returned in good shape, we refund the $10. This program will continue to ensure everyone gets a Boogie Board when they want to play in the surf.
It’s been a very busy summer and we have enjoyed being of service to all our big and small summer families!
