 Work Around the Resort
The Team has installed new wheel stops in the east side of the garage. This will prevent cars from parking too close to the walkway and create an easy access for luggage and other carts. New pool umbrellas and cabanas have arrived. We have received very positive comments on the selection of fabrics and the overall look.
 Renovation- Phase II
The Team is ready for Phase II of the renovation. Many Owners were able to provide feedback on the Model Unit and the remodeled units. Based on those comments, changes have been made for the coming Phases of the renovation including flooring, cabinetry and other items. The project is expected to be completed in March 2017. Clean the World
We are happy to announce that have begun participating with Clean the World, which is an organization that partners with hotels, resorts, and management companies to provide a unique, turn-key program that actually saves lives and helps to preserve our planet by recycling the used bar soap and bottled amenities
left behind by guests and distributing them to those in need. Hygienically recycled products are distributed to relief shelters within the United States and to developing countries around the world.
Be Epic Champion of the Second Quarter
We are happy to announce that Irwin Madriaga is our Be Epic Champion of the Second Quarter. Irwin has been with Team Seapointe since December, 2015. During this time he has done a terrific job in the Maintenance Department, attending to the needs of all our Owners and Guests. Irwin is a hard worker who is well respected by his peers and supervisors. During his free time Irwin enjoys being with his family, fishing and creating new tools to make his job at home and work more efficient. Congratulations Irwin!!!
