Hello Coronado Beach Resort Owners!
 Coronado Beach Resort Property
Update It has been an exciting year for Coronado Beach Resort with the completion of our Common Area remodels, which included brightening our Hallways, updating our Owner’s Lounge and refreshing our Fitness Center area. Besides aesthetically improving these spaces, we’ve also replaced HVAC units in a handful of the rooms and upgraded various components on the cooling tower. In addition, waste line plumbing and lobby window replacements have been completed.
 Books and DVD Libraries
With the completion of our Hallway and Fitness Center remodels, the bookshelves at the ends of each hallway have been removed and the DVD library is now located behind the Front Desk. Since the book library has always been an Owner-favorite, we have relocated it to the Owner’s Lounge. Thanks to the generosity of a handful of Owners, there are many additions to our book and DVD libraries for Owners to read and/or watch during their stay. We like to keep it fresh, so if you have extra books or movies you’d like to donate, we’d be happy to take them off your hands! Just bring them with you next time you stay with us!
 Resort Resale Program
If you want to spend more time at your Coronado Beach home-away-from-home, we have some great weeks available for sale! Responsibility programs at Grand Pacific Resorts, our Housekeeping team now collects used soap and bottled amenities so they may be recycled and donated to impoverished countries to combat hygiene-related diseases. The Housekeeping team loves this program; it feels good to be able to recycle and reuse something that has previously been discarded in order to help those in need.
