The one and only fine dining experience in Panorama is Grey's Restaurant. Each night features a unique menu prepared by owners Clare and Phil Marshall. Hands down the best burgers in this Alpine town are at the Jackpine Pub. They are only open during the winter ski season, but their burgers alone are a good enough reason to visit Panorama. They have over 50 different combinations to choose from, not to mention the traditional pub fare and brew to go along with it; so everyone will find something they like here. The local favorite is the “Summit Burger” that is loaded with bacon, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and garlic mayo spread.
The Great Hall
Literally a great hall, this eatery is a perfect locale where the entire family can sit and enjoy a large buffet of food until their hearts are content. There are choices for all ages in both the cafeteria and family friendly buffet, which are perfect for protein and carb-loading the night before and after an exhilarating day on the slopes. The Great Hall is only open during the winter ski season, located at the Ski Tip Lodge.
Chopper's Landing Restaurant
If you visit Panorama to live the dream of dropping onto untouched powder out of a helicopter or just watch others try their hand at the adventure, this is the perfect restaurant for you. Choppers Landing Restaurant has an exciting atmosphere complete with a fire, hearty food with an artistic flare, and local guides and skiers who just spend a day in backcountry of the Canadian Rockies.
Mile 1 Hut

If you need a break during your busy day skiing some of the world's top rated runs, the Mile 1 Hut is located at the top of the Mile 1 Quad chairlift ready to serve you. You can enjoy a quick refreshment and snack, or sit down and have some lunch at the top of the ski lift overlooking one of the best views available in Panorama.
The ultimate Canadian experience awaits you at the Elkhorn Cabin. The log cabin restaurants is at 7,000 feet elevation overlooking the Purcell mountains and Mount Nelson from a balcony. Keep warm by the fire while you indulge in traditional Canadian fare such as French Canadian Tourtiere, Saskachewan Chicken Pot Pie, salmon burgers, and much more. They also offer an Elkhorn Cabin Dinner with a guided torch-lit decent back to the village that will truly make for a memorable evening in Panorama. The restaurant is located near the top of the Champagne Chair lift of the western side of Roller Coaster Run.
The ultimate experience sits atop the Panorama Mountain with the best views of the Canadian Rockies. You can stop in for a quick snack or try and finish off their giant brownie, but what makes the Summit Hut stand out is their fine dining dinner menu. Make reservations in advance and try their 3-course fondue dinner, a glass of B.C. wine while enjoying the sunset, and later take the guided run back to the Panorama Village below.
