The local creek runs by the Panorama Village. Multiple activities operate by the creek like fishing, the base of the ski slopes, ice skating, and the popular Toby Creek Snowmobile and ATV tours.
Purcell Wilderness Conservancy
Half a million acres of untouched wilderness surrounds the Panorama Village in the Tobey Creek Valley. The conservancy is an ultimate outdoorsmen playground with ample hiking, fishing, hunting, climbing, camping, wildlife viewing, and horseback riding available. You can only access the area at the trailhead approximately 1 mile (2 km) from the park boundary.
Beckie Scott Nordic Center
Named after the Canadian Olympic gold medal winner, the Beckie Scott Nordic Center is the base of all the popular ski trails with all levels of difficulty. In the middle of the Nordic Center, you can pick up the best cup of hot chocolate around to warm your bones and fingers up after a day of fun on the slopes.
Radium Hot Springs
The town of Radium Hot Springs is a small village named after the local hot springs that have inconsequential traces of Radon. The hot springs has two large pools, with the “Plunge Pool” being known for either extremely hot water right from the source or very cold water from the creek below.
