We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new event space, the Ocean View Terrace Room! This space can host a variety of events whether it is a corporate presentation, private meeting, birthday party or wedding. The Ocean View Terrace room is 900 square feet with a large private outdoor balcony overlooking the Carlsbad coastline and boasting sweeping ocean views. The Palisades Clubroom
Located among the condos in Villa D, the Clubroom is a great space for events up to 75 people. Catering can be arranged with Karl Strauss Restaurant and Brewery or you can partner with any other vendor for ‘drop-off’ service. This space is particularly popular for family reunions. Your exclusive pricing begins at $500 for up to 8 hours when you book between 1-6 months in advance. Pricing becomes increasingly flexible when you book within 30 days at $50 per hour. Your Owner benefit gives you up to 85% off over the non-owner pricing!

The Palisades Ballroom
Located next to Karl Strauss and above the Carlsbad Flower Fields, the Ballroom is a wonderful large-scale venue for groups up to 200. Catering is exclusively partnered with Karl Strauss Restaurant and Brewery. This space is often used for weddings and over the years we have been lucky to see many of our Owners and friends get married here at their home-away-from-home! Rate reductions of 10% off the general public price are available exclusively to Owners.
