The new high definition televisions arrived and have been placed in all villas in Paradise Point. The old televisions will be available to Owners at a great discount on Saturday, December 10th from noon to 3 pm in the Clubroom behind the Cove. Only cash can be accepted and the TVs must be picked up on the day of sale. The Resort will not be able to hold, store or ship televisions.

New utility trucks for Maintenance and Housekeeping are now being utilized. These vehicles enable the team to complete guest calls in a quick and efficient manner. Additionally, with our new laundry carts and the use of new nylon laundry bags, we can better contain soiled linen and service the units.

The secondary locks on the lock-off units in Paradise Point are being installed and will be completed by end of November.
