Your purchase at Carlsbad Seapointe was for either a fixed or floating week. The fixed week purchase specified in the grant deed means we guarantee you the same week forever. Please refer to your use week calendar, as the dates vary each year. A floating week purchase entitles you to reserve a unit in a week for the "season" you have purchased on a first come, first served basis. Fixed week owners need not make reservations, as they are made automatically each year. If you would like, however, you may request a specific unit up to 90 days before your scheduled check-in. Please see your use week calendar for check-in dates. Floating week owners may make reservations in person, or by phone, fax, or mail. A reservation for your use week may be made exactly one year in advance of the date that you are requesting to stay. All reservations will be made on a space available basis and may be requested up to the desired arrival date. View Map

Grand Pacific Palisades Resort

Your purchase at Grand Pacific Palisades Resort was for either a fixed or floating week. The fixed week purchase specified in the grant deed means we guarantee you the same week forever. Please refer to your use week calendar, as the dates vary each year. A floating week purchase entitles you to reserve a unit in a week for the "season" you have purchased on a first come, first served basis. Fixed week owners need not make reservations, as they are made automatically each year. If you would like, however, you may request a specific unit up to 90 days before your scheduled check-in. Please see your use week calendar for check-in dates. Floating week owners may make reservations in person, or by phone, fax, or mail. A reservation for your use week may be made starting November 1st (14 months prior to the use year in question), but no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of your desired use week. Split use reservations may be made starting December 1st (13 months prior to the use year in question). All reservations will be made on a space available basis and may be requested up to the desired arrival date; however, requests made less than 21 days prior to the desired arrival date will be competing with other owners requesting Bonus Time space. Floating week owners may make a reservation by calling HOA reservations at (800)568-3515. Owners may make a reservation 24 months in advance of the requested date for single week owners and 25 months in advance of the requested date for multiple week owners.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club® at MarBrisa

Your purchase at Hilton Grand Vacations Club® at MarBrisa was for either a fixed or floating week. The fixed week purchase specified in the grant deed means we guarantee you the same week forever. Please refer to your use week calendar, as the dates vary each year. A floating week purchase entitles you to reserve a unit in a week for the "season" you have purchased on a first come, first served basis. Fixed week owners need not make reservations, as they are made automatically each year. Float week owners may make a Home Resort Reservation by calling Hilton Grand Vacation Club 12 – 9 months in advance of your requested check in date. Indian Palms Vacation Club

Your purchase at Indian Palm Vacation Club was for a floating week. A floating week purchase entitles you to reserve a unit for a week, within the season you've purchased, based on availability. Refer to a use week calendar for check-in dates. Floating week owners may make a reservation in person, or by phone, fax, or mail. You will receive a reservation card in your fourth quarter newsletter. This reservation card is for your vacation week that will occur in the use year, approximately 14 months from the fourth quarter newsletter. List your first, second, and third desired check–in date along with first, second, and third desired unit request. All reservation requests received by January 1st will be entered in lottery style. Reservation request cards received after January 1st will be entered in as they are received. View Map

Panorama Vacation Retreat at Horsethief Lodge

Makai Club Resort

Floating reservation requests must be made between 12 months to 45 days prior to the desired check-in date and should include at least two alternate periods. Reservation requests are confirmed on a first come first served basis. Unit requests are not confirmed until arrival. All Owners must reserve their full week. To reserve a float week, contact Owner Services at 1-888-477-6967.

Mountain Retreat

Owners are entitled to reserve a week in their fixed unit within their season as outlined below. Reservation requests can be made in person or by mail or fax. Requests to include Owner name, Unit number, model name and Season and a first, second and third choice of the Use Week desired.

  • Silver Season - Reservation requests can be made no earlier than Saturday, Week 14 to September 30 of the prior use year
  • Gold Season - Reservation requests can be made no earlier than Saturday, Week 16 to December 31 of the prior use year.
  • Rotating Gold Season - Gold Season owners who did not reserve a Rotating Gold Season Use Week in the prior year will have priority over Owners who made a Rotating Gold Season reservation in the prior year. Owners with priority may submit reservation requests no earlier than Saturday, Week 16 and no later than December 31 of the prior use year.
Reservation requests not received within the reservation windows will be honored on a first come, first served basis after reservation requests received within the regular reservation windows have been honored. View Map

Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge

Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge is a float unit/week resort. Owners own a specific unit type in a specific season. Owners can make their float reservations two years and one day in advance by calling the front desk of the resort at (530) 546-6262 or by sending email to rwll@grandpacificresorts.com. Owners can request a specific unit when they make their use week reservation. However, it is only a request and not guaranteed. View Map

Red Wolf Lodge at Squaw Valley

Red Wolf Lodge at Squaw Valley is a float unit/week resort. You are the owner of a deeded vacation ownership in a specific unit type within a specific season. Please remember, reservations are accepted on a first requested, first confirmed basis. If you are requesting your full week, you may make your reservation as early as 24 months before your desired check–in date. You must make reservations for your use week no less than 45 days before your desired check–in date. You may make your reservations by calling the Red Wolf Lodge at Squaw Valley at (530) 583-7226 or by sending email to rwsv@grandpacificresorts.com. View Map

RiverPointe Napa Valley

Gold Owners can book their week up to 12 months in advance to stay at Riverpointe Napa Valley. The only exception to this is Platinum Weeks, Gold Owners can book Platinum Weeks up to one month in advance. They can book their week up to 24 months in advance if depositing it with an exchange company. Platinum Owners purchased the privilege of staying at Riverpointe during special Platinum Weeks. They can book their week up to 14 months in advance to stay at Riverpointe Napa Valley. They can book their week up to 24 months in advance if depositing it with an exchange company. Owners may reserve their week by calling the front desk at 800-284-5379. View Map

San Clemente Cove

Your purchase at San Clemente Cove Resort was for a floating week. A floating week purchase entitles you to reserve a unit for a week based on availability. Refer to a use week calendar for check-in dates. Floating week owners may make a reservation in person, or by phone, fax, or mail. You will receive a reservation card in your fourth quarter newsletter.
