Your RCI (Resort Condominiums International) membership allows you to spacebank your timeshare week and chose from over 3,500 premier resorts in which to use your timeshare week. You can contact RCI by telephone at (800) 743-3305 or visit their website at RCI.com.

Spacebanking

• You can bank week anytime from 14 days to two years in advance of the start of your week.
• Float owners need to contact their home resort directly to obtain a week assignment before contacting RCI.
• Use your spacebanked week one year before your week starts through two years after.
• You do not need to know where or when you want to travel to make your spacebank deposit.
• Determine all check-in dates you can consider.
• Provide all specific resorts and areas you will consider.
• List activities you would like to have available.
• Remain flexible with dates and areas.
• Plan as far in advance as possible.
• Note how many people will be traveling and what size unit you require.

Please note: If your vacation is not available when you contact RCI, start an exchange request. Exchange fees are payable when your request is initiated.

Releasing Your Points

• As a HGVC member, your week ownership is worth a specified amount of ClubPoints.
• Float week owners need to contact their home resort directly to obtain a week assignment before depositing their points.
• If the week reservation already exists, as would be the case with fixed week owners, the owner may contact their home resort and request that your points be deposited to HGVC.
• Point deposit requirements differ for Hilton ClubPoint and Hilton HHonors

• You do not need to know where or when you want to travel to release your points.
