| Must call HGVC if you do not intend on using the week at least 30 days before the start of the week. Advise owner when they call HGVC and "request to cancel their fixed week". |

MarBrisa is all floating units with the exception of the Luxury Units which are sold as fixed units. Owners may request a specific unit up to approximately 90 days in advance of their check-in date. Multiple week owners are guaranteed the same unit if they book consecutive weeks.
Exchangers may not request particular units. |

All pets are prohibited. |
| Day Use: |
Day Use privileges, if granted, are included in the Owner's Escrow Addendum. Due to overcrowding, no parties at the swimming pools or picnic/barbecue areas will be permitted. Day Use users are not to exceed the occupancy of the unit type they purchased. |

Parking is available for owners using their weeks. Day Use parking is available on a space available basis. |
| Housekeeping Services: |
Weekly full cleaning between checkouts.
Mid-week cleaning (mini-clean, vacuuming).
Trash pickup and towels provided every other day.

| Affiliated w/ResorTime: |
First year from the close of escrow, owners receive complimentary Premier Membership. Once membership expires, owner may renew for another year. If they choose not to renew the membership reverts back to an Owner Membership. |

Association newsletters and HGVClub newsletters are mailed on a quarterly basis. Newsletters include updates, activities calendar, summary of quarterly board meeting and the annual meeting for those who cannot attend. |

This is the equivalent to Bonus Time at our other resorts. Last minute accommodations 30 days to 2 day of owner's preferred check-out date.
