Float owners can make a float reservation by calling the front desk of their home resort, one year in advance. They can
reserve weeks 1-25 and weeks 36-52. Weeks 26-35 are all fixed summer weeks. |

Fixed owners own a specific week number. |
| Float Unit: |
This resort is all floating unit. Owners own a specific unit type, whether it is a one bedroom or two bedroom, but not a
specific unit number. Owners can call the front desk of their home resort, 90 days in advance, and reserve a specific unit number. |
| Reservations: |
Fixed week owners do not have to make their reservations. Float owners can make a reservation one year in advance. To do
so they have to call the front desk of their home resort directly. |
| Gold Crown: |
RCI has awarded Carlsbad Seapointe Resort its Gold Crown status, which insures that owners receive highest priority exchanges
through out the RCI system. |
| Red Time: |
At Carlsbad Seapointe Resort, weeks 1 through 52 are designated as RED time by RCI for exchange purposes. |

| Day Use: |
Carlsbad Seapointe Resort has day use for grant deed holders only. Day use is when an owner visits the resort to use
