Job Title: Call Center Supervisor/HOA Reservation Specialist

Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to assist in the overall call center operation. Lead a team to meet/exceed call center service standards. Plan, schedule and coordinate call center activities and work flow so as to achieve the desired results. Meet staffing levels while operating within the parameters of budgeted costs. Provide effective direction, guidance, and a motivational environment to achieve results while optimizing resources. Oversee the relationship with external and internal clients.

Job Title: Central Reservations Channel/Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities: Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information.

Implement daily rate/inventory updates on all participating merchant model websites for all resorts while incorporating proactive 30 day rate/inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Have an accurate inventory count on all extranets at all times one year out. Generate, analyze, and report data to assist Revenue Manager with competitive resort/hotel data including but not limited to website positioning reports, competitive set pricing and marketing strategies on the web. Participate in yield meetings as required as a fundamental for future growth. Accountable for content management for existing and new extranet accounts, which includes regular content, rate, and inventory audits. Assist in execution and validation of all online promotional campaigns including follow-up with market management and maintenance of historical trends and data as it relates to ResorTime.com promotions. Ensure that all resorts have rate parody across all extranet channels. Participate in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of key marketing initiatives as they develop.

Enter all Reservations into Property Management System. Reconcile Property Management System against all reservation modifications and cancellations. Accurate reports on current reservations for each resort. Overflow Customer Service support to Central Reservations/Owner Rental as needed. Communicating with Resorts when needed.

Job Requirements: Previous reservations/inventory control experience working in a Hotel or Travel Company is preferred. Individual must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary languages used in the work place. Must possess computer skills, including but not limited to: MS Word and advanced MS Excel. Advanced knowledge of hotel/e-distribution channel interactions. Responsibilities: Serve food and beverage items on the pool deck area to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment.

Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
