Job Title: OWNER RENTAL COORDINATOR

Responsibilities: The Owner Rental Coordinator will function as a member of the Owner Rental Department and will report to the Director of Rental Operations. Peer position includes the Grand Pacific Resorts Owner Rental Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the relationship between timeshare owners and the Owner Rental Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Owner Rental Coordinator is responsible for the Owner Rental submission process and customer service within the department. The ideal candidate will assist the Revenue and Yield Team in analytical and forecasting reports to determine how much inventory is needed to achieve monthly occupancy and revenue goals.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Provide high quality customer service for all inquiries (via emails or phone calls) from owners, resort staff or internal team members

Educate timeshare owners on timeshare use opportunities and procedures

Process Owner Rental agreements in a timely manner

Complete weekly financial forecasting and inventory reports with accuracy

Manage the owner rental database ensuring accuracy among weekly rates and availability

Forecasting quantity of inventory-establishing the budget for owner rental contracts

Manage inventory quantities being proactive to transfer Rental weeks to Exchange weeks not projected to rent and/or communicating need to increase contracts where needed.

Communicate current rates and availability to internal partners to maximize rental revenue

Manage all Owner Rental inventory database

Includes loading and managing database and online inventory

Ensuring consistency between database and online inventory

Identify overbooking schedule and proactively strive to resolve

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate must have a four year degree and 1-3 years in hospitality experience analyzing and interpreting financial metrics to drive revenue.

Job Title: TIMESHARE EXCHANGE MANAGER

Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for strategically coordinating the inventory management processes and procedures for a small timeshare exchange company. This is accomplished by managing supply and demand of inventory, monitoring revenue and adjusting sales strategies; forecasting, marketing, and maintaining relationships with inventory partners. The Exchange Manager is responsible for leading a team of Exchange Travel Counselors in reaching monthly revenue and booking quotas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Owner Vacation Manager to increase Ownership utilization through exchanging.

Track and increase Owner satisfaction with exchange program.

Inventory yield management. Ensure all inventory is being utilized at its highest potential.

Job Title: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities: Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager of Housekeeping in the smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department.

Complete daily opening and closing duties of the Housekeeping Office.
